1. What is the shipping charges ?

There are two types of shipping which are available :-

  1. Normal Shipping Costs 80 INR. 
  2. Express Shipping Costs 250 INR.

Note :- The shipping charges may fluctuate as per the offers and weight of package. 

2. How long does it take for the products to reach me?

We usually ship the orders in 2-3 working days, after dispatching it takes 3-5 days to reach you. In case of any delay you will receive an email/SMS from our logistic partner informing about the same. 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can easily track your order with the tracking ID. Once the order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a mail/SMS with your tracking details and tracking link. 

4. Who is your logistics partner?

We use premium courier services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, DTDC to send all our orders depending upon the pin code of your location.

5. Can my order be cancelled if I don't need it anymore?

Once an order is places it can not be cancelled in any case.

6. Do you have any outlet or Store?

No, as of now we do not have any outlet and we are functioning completely online. However, we are based in Delhi. 

7. Sold-out product – when will it be in stock again?

We always try to update the stocks time to time but still in case you like any product which is sold out don’t hesitate to reach out to us on whatsapp or instagram with the image of the product and ask about availability or making time. 9. Is Wholesale available?

Yes wholesale is available, For wholesale prices minimum purchase should be 6pcs in each design and minimum order should be of 5000/- Contact us at +91- 9582761669

10. How will be the quality of the products ?

The motive here is to provide our customers with the best quality as each design is hand picked and checked personally before shipping to avoid any discrepancy. 

11. What is your return/refund policy ?

We accept no return/exchange. However, if you've received a damge product then you're eligible for refund/exchange.

The complete amount will be refunded in case if you want a refund. 

Note :- An unpakcing video without any cut, pause, edit is must to claim any damage. We would not be able to process/accept refund request without unpacing video under any circumstances.
